Ingredients : Serves 1

1 oz chocolate topping

1/2 oz cherry syrup

1/2 oz almond syrup

1 shot espresso

Steamed and foamed milk

Method :

Using an 8-ounce cup, combine the topping, syrups and espresso. Fill the cup with steamed milk and top with a small dollop of foamed milk. Then served immediately.

Variation: Cherry Vanilla Latte

Substitute vanilla syrup for the almond syrup.
